Q: I have problem installing the software. What should I do? My OS is telling me the drive software was not registered. What should I do?

Please check the following:
1) Make sure you have Windows Service Pack 2 installed in your Windows OS. You can download Service Pack 2 from Microsoft.
2) Every TV tuner software installation must start from clean. If you had previously tried to install the software, you must uninstall it, regardless it was successful or not. Then install again. Use driver 898A. If you see the Microsoft digital sign message during installaltion, you need to ignore that message.
3) If you still have problem, you may have other hardware or software in your system that has conflict with the TV tuner card. To check if that is the case, try another computer.

Q: How do open the battery lid? Or, my wireless mouse is not responding. What should I do?

The battery lid should be slide-open. Don't try opening the lid by lifting. Believe or not, when the mouse is not responding, the most common problem is that people put their batteries in the wrong direction.
1) Make sure your batteries are placed in the right direction. Two batteries face opposite directions as indicated in the battery chamber.
2) When you try to link the mouse to your computer, press both buttons, one in the mouse and one in the USB receiver at the same time.

If you do have problem, most likely it is a problem related to your hardware compatibility, software setting, power management, etc. We do recommend you to try on a different computer to confirm your finding. Make sure you have Windows Service Pack 2. Download it from Microsoft

Please make sure your product is indeed defective before considering sending it back. Because of the high quality of our products, the return rate is very small. Among the small number of returns, our record shows that 87.7% of the returns were result of mishandling of the product. If you think you product has a problem, we do recommend you to at least try on a different computer. That might save you extra labor and cost of sending back the product while it is not necessary
